We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded with the full amount.
We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods or for any losses or damages incurred by incorrect or unspecified use or fitting of any products supplied by us. If you are unclear about any of the fitting or user instructions that are supplied with the products then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Skiff Sports cannot be held responsible for any convictions or prosecutions resulting from the use of any of its products. In if any doubt, always seek advice from your local law enforcement before use.
We endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but some goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Should delivery be delayed by more than 28 days you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods.
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute that must be resolved by court action will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We have tried to simplify as much as possible the process of making a purchase with Skiff Sports. So please browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Paypal , Debit and Credit Card payments. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
Prices
Our Prices are correct at the time of posting on the website www.skiffsports.com However, we reserve the right to change them without prior warning or notice. We will always advise you if there has been a price increase before shopping any item.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping and Handling Carriage charges (including packaging and insurance) will be added to your order – please see below.
NOTE: If you are having problems making a payment on-line, please feel free to call us on: 02392 413155 and we can take payment by card over the phone, or send us an email to info@skiffsports.com with as much information about the problem as possible and we will endeavour to cure the problem asap – after all we want you to buy stuff from us!

Where possible we will try to arrange local handover of goods for free, but where this is not possible, the following charges apply:

Same day dispatch by 1st class packet post (weight and size permitting) whenever possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large variations in parcel dimensions we are unable to accurately calculate postage to the rest of the world online.
An accurate postage quote will be emailed to you after completion of your order. We will adjust the prices before your card is charged, so that you are not charged VAT.
Customers are free to arrange collection to offset any delivery costs.
Delivery Schedule
Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of when we receive your order. Skiff Sports reserves the right to use the most applicable shipping method and charge appropriately.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
